How we use your information We use your application for company review, contact and service coordination. After submission, a summary and review link are sent via Gmail to the company concierge mailbox; full details and photos remain in the private company workspace. Only the specified introduction may be published after approval and your consent. Contact the concierge email with your reference to request a correction or withdrawal. Photos are private by default. With separate permission, the company may select one to generate a public avatar; originals remain private.
