Do I need a membership first?
You can start with a one-time request. Monthly and annual support are agreed separately after we understand your needs, frequency and scope. There is no membership fee to make an initial enquiry.
How are fees determined?
Fees include concierge coordination and actual third-party costs. Scope, quotes, payment arrangements and cancellation terms are agreed before work begins. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or charge.
What do health and education services include?
Health services focus on bookings, travel and accompaniment coordination; clinical care is provided by medical institutions and professionals. Education services cover research, school visits and specialist adviser coordination, without guarantees of admission or approval.
How is my personal information used?
We use your preferred name, contact details and request information to communicate and coordinate services. Identity documents, proof of wealth and medical records are not required for an initial enquiry. Any sharing with service providers is discussed with you beforehand.
